This policy is applicable to all Hosts onboarding their vehicles on the Zoomcar Platform. This Damage policy covers for:


a) Damages and costs of repair of the luxurious and non-luxurious vehicles (hereinafter “Vehicles”) which gets damaged during the booking period.  Click here for details of luxurious vehicles).

b) A compensation for total loss of vehicle due to theft or accident only to the extent the same is covered under this policy explicitly.

c) This damage policy is only limited to the extent of damages to the vehicle (internal and external) and does not provide for any third-party liability/injury reimbursements.
