i. The Host shall be eligible for the following Downtime only for instances mentioned below.

ii. The amount shall only become payable 36 hours after the vehicle is taken to the designated workshop.
iii. No Downtime is provided to the Host if the Host Vehicle is out of production since the spare parts are not available/extremely difficult to procure for such vehicles. Regardless, the Host will still qualify for compensation under 4 A and 4 C in such cases.
This policy forms a part of the governing policies present on the Zoomcar’s website. All the terms mentioned herein along with the other Governing Policies listed on the website shall form the part and parcel of the Terms and Conditions for Host & Lessee mentioned on the website. It is hereby deemed that the Host/s has accepted the terms of this Damage Policy at the time of registering his/her vehicle on Zoomcar Hosts Services Platform.
